Rehoming Pomeranian puppy

I need to rehome my 3 month old Pomeranian puppy Teddy. I am moving and can’t take him with me. There is a rehoming fee to ensure he goes to the right home. He is currently being potty trained and is very good with his training pads. He’s also great with children and up to date on all shots. I will include his kennel, collar, leash, and the rest of his food.
