Learn the basics of charcuterie design for beginners You will learn the basics of the art of charcuterie/cheeseboard design. You will not only get a demonstration of designing a board, but you will get hands on experience with designing your own board that you get to take home and keep. You will also get samples of local products to include Kentucky local honey from honey bear farms and homemade candied pecans. You will get to sample bourbon brittle. You will get refreshments in this class from Buntain Farms. I will have a drawing to win a homeade dessert from Buntain Farms. All materials are included in the cost which makes this class worth the value. Seats are limited to 11, so sign up quickly. Parking is limited , so carpooling in encouraged if you come with a friend. Classroom is upstairs so you will need to climb stairs to attend the class.
