E-commerce and Small Distributor Needs Help

I have a what may look like a small online business and distribution company. But, we are booming. I have a hard time finding and keeping someone on for various issues. They usually don't work out because one of my following needs are not met. Here is what I need; TRUSTWORTHY TRUSTWORTHY TRUSTWORTHY! Consistent, reliable, competent, need your own vehicle to work or to move from one location to another, detail oriented, ORGANIZATION ORGANIZATION ORGANIZATION, follow instructions, able to think for themselves, self starter. You would start at the bottom and can move up into other area that require me to trust in you as well as I see you are competent. It is a very relaxed and easy going job. I'm flexible on what days and hours you work. But, when I need you, I need you. You will be sorting and packing at 1st. Them if you're here and I get to know you... I start having you do drop offs, mail runs, pick ups, photos, listing and so on. Everyday is different. Some days I might have you do random thing for me personally because I don't have time, for example take my car to get washed or whatever. Anything to help the business grow. Even if it's something personal for me.... So, that I can have the time to get something done. You could quickly move into something more challenging like web page design, full time sales, purchasing agent or wear multiple hats. The pay is probably too much to be honest. But, if I'm doing well and you prove to be am asset I'll increase your pay. I'm not a corporation that drags their feet to get you a raise or implement change. I can do what I want when I want. So, if you deserve higher pat... it starts that second. I pay $20 per hour. I also do bonuses depending on how you do. If you basically do a good job you'll get something. Done a bonus from $50 to $250 and have done 2 or more per person in a week. You can work as many or little hours as you like. As long as you do 4 hours a day and I don't need anything else. I also offer commission incentives on certain items I sell. And it's typically a high percentage. It's an easy job. Once in a while it's actual work. I offer benefits as well. For income tax you do a 1099. Reply to email with some info about yourself and contact info. I'll call you if I like what I read. Then meet and interview. It is not super formal. So, don't be extra. Be yourself. No heavy drug use or heavy drugs either. That's crazy. Marijuana is ok but, don't come in here barbecued. I dont that you're in a coma. If youre taking real drugs.... Don't waste your time I been around the block.... I know what time it is. I'll drug test you on the spot or if I feel like I need to drug test you...
