I have been a chef for twenty years. Educated in the kitchens of Boulder, Colorado before much of the country was aware of food as medicine. I took my knowledge and began a career in private service; after the birth of my daughter and subsequent health crisis; I began posting my dishes on social media and was then contacted to begin catering to those who wanted healthy foods. That is how Qs Kitchen was born.
I have traveled in and out of country bringing healing cuisine to communities seeking vitality through food. I have contributed to a best selling wellness book, worked in the Kane county prison system, and have developed menus for other concepts.
It is my long term goal to create a program for cooking healthy foods within the addiction and recovery realm.
