MIAMI BEACH, FL — A shooting near the 600 block of Jefferson Court on Sunday afternoon is under investigation, Miami Beach police tweeted. Police found one gunshot victim when they responded to the scene around 4:40 p.m. The victim was brought to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Unit with non-life-threatening injuries. POLICE INVESTIGATION: MBPD is investigating a shooting incident near the 600 block of Jefferson Ct. Officers responded to the scene at 4:40 p.m. after receiving a 911 call.
