SPRING VALLEY, NY — A tractor-trailer overturned on the New York State Thruway Friday afternoon, snarling traffic as the evening commute began. Two lanes were blocked on the northbound side of I-87 at Exit 14. Thruway Authority officials warned of heavy delays and urged motorists to take alternate routes. ALERT - SPRING VALLEY - Due to a crash involving a tractor trailer, the left lane and center lanes are blocked on I-87 northbound between exit 14A and exit 14B.
