Join us in the beautiful Getty Museum Gardens for an intown Mental Health Retreat & Workshop The ladies of the Kappa Nu Sigma chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho invite you to join us in the beautiful gardens of the Getty Museum as we collectively EXHALE. The destructive ripple effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are still being felt, but let's take a moment to breathe deeply, and tend to our own mental health, before we enter the re-calibrated 'normal' of our old lives. Since 2020 women have held our collective breaths as we sheltered in-place, marched for Social Justice, cast historic ballots, navigated economic ebbs and surges, experienced job loss and participated in the Great Resignation. All of this was done while maintaining household responsibilities and attempting to sustain meaningful relationships. We were often sought to comfort and give sage advice, while needing comfort and direction ourselves. Free parking is provided to the first 20 cars that register.
