Join us as we discuss Viola Davis's powerful autobiography Finding Me: A Memoir Do you love books? Are you not much of a reader? Or did you use to be, and found yourself going years without reading anything other than a status update? THEN THIS IS THE CLUB FOR YOU! This book club, you can probably guess from the title, will be reading and discussing books written by Black Authors with hopes to give us a space to explore our emotions and release the constant stress we feel everyday by just being while black. Meetings are held the last Saturday of every month and on that day we will choose the next book to read, so bring your recommendations! The location will be in the Kansas City and shared amongst the group members in the groupchat, and/or emailed to you after you RSVP.
