Get ready to enjoy summer from the comfort of an Adirondack chair that you build yourself! With wide arms to perch your drink on, and a contoured seat and back that conforms to your body, this design is the pinnacle of relaxation. In this two part class, we will give you the skills and help you cut, assemble, and finish an Adirondack chair that you can take home and kick back at the end of the day. In addition, you will be taking home a Rockler Adirondack Chair Plan with Template Kit (SKU: 49259) so you can make additional chairs at home! Classes are held over two days, Sunday 6/5/22 and Sunday 6/12/22 from 12-3 pm.Safety Measures We’re Taking to Keep You SafeSocial Distancing - All of our classes have a low capacity of attendees and will allow for social distancing. Sanitization - Our classrooms, seating areas, and tools are cleaned and disinfected before and after every class. We also have hand sanitizer and disinfectant available to be used during all classes. Masks - Masks are only required to be worn if required by local ordinances. If you prefer to wear a mask, you can bring your own. If you forget to bring a mask we can provide one free of charge. Gloves - Gloves will be provided free of charge if any classes require tools to be shared by multiple attendees during the same class. This is not a common occurrence and most of the time, attendees are provided their own tools to use. FAQsWhere can I contact the organizer with any questions? [email protected] or call your local store. Are there any age requirements to participate in the class? This class can only be registered by attendees, who are 18 years of age or older. To schedule a class for an attendee, who is under the age of 18, please contact your local store for details. Do I need any safety equipment or special clothing? Safety glasses will be provided free of charge. No loose clothing should be worn, long sleeves need to be rolled up, long hair needs to be tied back. No open-toed shoes can be worn during classes. Can I cancel if I can't make it? If you wish to cancel, you must do so 7 days before the class start date in order to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the class start date. Refunds will not include Eventbrite's fees.
