Donna Ferris will be signing her book, "We've Got To Stop Meeting Like This" and hosting a free workshop on managing change with grace. Please join BeBalanced of Collegeville Crew along with local author Donna Y. Ferris for a “Managing Change with Grace” workshop and book signing. Together, with grace and humor, we will explore issues affecting women and the rollercoaster of emotions that change brings. We will laugh, cry and take comfort in knowing we are not alone. As Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher once said, "Change is the only constant in life." Please join us to learn to embrace change because, as we say at BeBalanced, "Ladies, we got this!!!" From the Author: Managing change with grace is one of the hardest things to do – and needed now more than ever. This workshop focuses on identifying some of the obvious and less obvious changes we face and providing helpful tools to manage them. These tools include healthy self-care, habit management, meditation (and other stress relieving modalities), work/ life balance tips, creative outlets and other resources. Donna Y. Ferris is the author of "We've Got to Stop Meeting Like This". She lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania and Duck, North Carolina with her husband and dogs. In addition to her day job in corporate America, Donna teaches yoga, meditation, and writing on the side.
