Free Youth Conference for African American Girls between the ages 11-18 yrs of age. The Glow Up is all about building Black Girls identities through self-esteem workshops centered on creativity, wellness, and healing. Our goal is for attendees to leave feeling whole, affirmed, and connected to people and opportunities so they shine bright throughout their communities! We will be honoring the youth this day and all their Black Girl Magic! We will have free lunch, free Glow Up T-shirts, Free Black Joy Bags filled with goodies and other gift items from the breakout sessions. The conference break out sessions planned are: Painting (art), Spoken Word, Beauty 101, Breathing Mindfulness, Sound Bowls, Aroma Therapy and a "What's the TEA?" Conversation. FUN! FUN! FUN!
