THE LEDGER Ledger is a six-story, 230,000 SF work and community hub with an all glass exterior, bikeable switchbacks, terraces, and outdoor access on each floor. Its stunning architecture blurs the separation of our interior environment and the outdoors, inviting you to connect with downtown Bentonville and the natural beauty of the Ozarks. BIKEABLE BUILDING | Ledger features 6 stories of bikeable ramps that take you from the ground floor to the roof. Anyone can bike or walk the ramp during business hours. Ledger fits into Bentonville’s biking ecosystem as a challenging and memorable ride. A journey from the first floor to the roof is approximately 3/4 of a mile, which happens to be the same distance to Crystal Bridges.
