300 Army Fitness presents Twerk Fitness a 60-minute full lower-body workout for all fitness levels. On May 25th we are not having your average workout but an hour-long event you can't miss! We have prizes for the best twerker, giveaways, mimosas, music played by DJ Killswitch and so much more. Twerk Fitness is for all fitness levels any and everyone is welcome to participate.
