LUTZ-FL — Mattamy Homes has purchased 86 acres at the entrance of Long Lake Ranch on the southeast corner of State Road 54 and Sunlake Boulevard to build more than 350 single-family and town homes.
Tampa-based land brokers Bill Eshenbaugh and Chris Bowers, CCIM represented owners on the sale of the property for $6 million.
This will be Mattamy Homes seventh development in Lutz.
In October, Mattamy homes announced the opening of new model town homes in its Avea Pointe community on Van Dyke Road near Lakeshore Road.
The town homes at Avea Pointe have three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 baths and a one-car (with extended driveways available to fit a second car) or two-car garages. Standard features include covered lanais, granite kitchen counter tops and 42-inch wood cabinets. They are priced from the mid $200s.
Eshenbaugh and Bowers also brokered the sale of two parcels totaling 37 acres at the corner of SR 54 and Sunlake Boulevard.
