Yoga for Stress Management
In our world, stress is at an all time high. Many of us suffer from stress related to work, relationships, finances, and busy schedules. Over time, chronic stress can have a negative effect on both our mind and body causing tension, pain, nervousness, and physical health problems.
In this series you will learn how stress affects the body as well as the science behind how a regular yoga practice can relieve stress and tension. Each week you will engage in a 60-75 minute yoga practice geared towards helping you feel balanced, grounded, and relaxed.
Classes will be held at 6pm every FRIDAY night from May 6-27 ***Tickets are to be purchased per class, each class has it's own eventbrite link**
