Meet the Winemaker and Pairing Dinner Join us for an evening with the Winemaker! Pairing some powerhouse wines with truly elegant and delightful dishes. Learn a little bit of how the wines are produced, what makes them what they are and how to perfectly pair them with some delectable dishes. First course will begin at 630pm and continue throughout the evening with five delicious courses of foods and wines. The wine 'roster' of the evening : Hubert Meyer, Cremant d’Alsace Brut Andre Goichot Macon Villages Andre Goichot, Bourgogne Chardonnay Andre Goichot, Bourgogne Pinot Noir Andre Goichot, Gevrey Chambertin Tickets will be 150 per person. This includes all food and wine pairings, tax and gratuity. **weather dependent, this will be an outdoor event. If the weather is not cooperative, it will be in our private room!
