My dog was fraudulently adopted out to someone named Evelyn through an individual named "Mandy Youtsey." Mandy apparently took my dog after my brother had collapsed in the summer heat and was taken to a hospital [this was just after he became homeless and him and my dog were enduring living on the streets after COVID shutdown because of being financially abandoned by our father], she sheltered him for a month and then, from what I can gather, sold my dog to his current owner. Mandy is like a lady who spent 366 days in prison for a "Dangerous Drug Violation," and I suspect that she may be / might have been a bestialist. I have no idea if she knew Evelyn before selling my dog to her, but either way I am very concerned for my pet and wish to be in contact with whomever he is with so that I know whether he is safe and to discuss him returning to me. I love and miss him very much and have been devastated by what occurred as he was lost in the middle of COVID shutdown. My brother was the one taking care of my dog for me at the time and I was never contacted to give permission to the new owner to transfer ownership according to the microchip. I believe my dog was last in Tempe around Mill Ave when he was picked up first; I don't know his whereabouts in Phoenix except that he is in Phoenix according to his microchip. My dog is mostly all white, has a black spot over his eye, his eyes are blue, he was born in early 2016 and so he is 6 years old now. I have been in Los Angeles and have no idea who the person is who has my dog as the microchip company cannot yet give me that information but it is something I am actively working on in trying to gather up and provide them with his papers. In the meantime, if you have any information about Evelyn I'd really appreciate being able to get in contact with her as soon as possible instead of having to endure through making this a long and drawn out process though I expect for Evelyn to sue Mandy if she paid Mandy for my dog because of Mandy misrepresening the circumstances so as to make a profit from a dog she stole. Thank you for your kindness and help in this situation. If you know an Evelyn with a pit bull that meets this description, I would greatly appreciate her being put in contact me. Likewise, if you know anything about Mandy's whereabouts or her contact information, that would be greatly appreciated for my official reports about her behavior to law enforcement. Thank you.
