ZEPHYRHILLS, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving a Pasco County school bus that occurred on Gall Boulevard Thursday at 6:58 a.m. A 36-year-old Dade City man was driving a pickup truck and a 22-year-old Zephyrhills man was driving a car south on Gall Boulevard approaching Tucker Road when the car slowed down and stopped to turn left into a gas station. The pickup driver collided with the rear of the car and then was propelled into the path of a school bus traveling north on Gall Boulevard carrying seven middle school students. The pickup truck collided nearly head on with the bus driven by a 53-year-old Wesley Chapel man. The 22-year-old Zephyrhills man sustained critical injuries. No one else was hurt.
