Press release from the City of Minnetonka: May 5, 2022 The Minnetonka Police Explorers Post #884 attended the State Explorer Conference in Rochester last month and left with some hardware. The Minnetonka team took first place in DWI and Field Sobriety, first place in Introduction to Narcotics and third place in Hostage Negotiation. Eight explorers attended the conference with advisors Officers H. Olson, E. Spinks and A. Sanchez.
