Hello community!   I was born and raised in GA but new to this part of town as of a year ago. Before that I was a yoga teacher and fitness coach in Atlanta. I am excited to offer my services here and it could not be a better time- as I am offering sliding scale to everyone.  After C19 struck in 2020- I realized that many of us do not have much needed access to fitness techniques that are tailored because well... its super expensive to get training.
