Handyman Needed for Property Management Biz

I have a short term vacation rental business (Airbnbs) and looking for a reliable and dependable handyman to service the units during change overs if needed on Saturdays between 11am-3pm and when a unit may need work during the week. You must also be willing to service after hour emergency calls ($50/hr). The amount of work will just depend on what's needed to be done with the units, so it's not consistent or predictable. Looking for someone who is a jack of all trades - can paint, and perform simple plumbing/electrical tasks if needed. This is a newer business so looking for someone who understands this and grow with us. It's a great side job for someone looking for extra cash! Serious inquiries only please.
