Property Management Company looking for a skilled Maintenance Person to respond to daily maintenance work, as well as some emergency calls daily. This may include some emergency calls on the weekend.
*Flexible hours
*General Maintenance for a person with a broad range of skills; basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, household repairs, drywall, painting, basic carpentry
*Must pass a background check
*$20-$25 Per hour, depending on skill level
*Independent Contractor Position
