This is Spud. He is almost 4 months old. He is a Chihuahua dachshund mix. He currently weighs about 6 pounds and should be around 15ish full grown. He has had his first two rounds of vaccines and all his rounds of dewormer and flea meds. He will need his final vaccine in a few weeks, but if he doesn't get adopted by then I'll get that last one done myself. He is not neutered. He does well with other dogs and older children/adults. Not sure on cats. He is extremely bitey, and bites hard so I wouldn't recommend him around small kids till he can get out of that habit. He is 75% kennel trained, he sleeps through the night in the kennel and only wakes me up every once and a while to go potty. We keep him in his playpen while we're gone and he does well for about 2-3 hours. He absolutely HATES walks though, like he hates being outside in general unless he's going potty. We've tried so much to get him to enjoy the outdoors but he just hates it. Not that he's scared, he just prefers to be indoors. He shouldn't be going outside much anyways since he's not fully vaccinated yet. He is potty trained for the most part, he's still a baby he absolutely has accidents. But if you just take him out every 30-60 mins he will get his business done immediately, he doesn't take more than like 5 seconds to start going to the bathroom which is nice. But then he wants immediately back inside. He likes to be in your lap, but will cry if he doesn't have something to chew on (he's teething so he's crying quite a bit right now, understandably so) He is a clinger, he wants to be with you everywhere in the house. He doesn't bark much, but will huff and puff if he hears something or if he's really into playing. But he isn't a yappy dog. He does, however, howl and whine for a bit when left alone but he settles down eventually. Just trying to be as transparent with him, so any questions I'm happy to answer honestly :) He will come with: - Harness - 2 collars - Leash - Car seat for car travel (he hooks into it and the seat hooks into the seat so he can travel safely) - About 30lbs of Wellness Puppy food - A few bags of puppy treats - 2 training clickers - Playpen - 2 foldable wire kennels that are basically brand new. Size 30", they're pretty big for him but he'll grow into them. - Some toys - 2 kennel mat dog beds - 2 regular dog beds - blankets - Vaccine + dewormer records - About 50 potty pads (he never really needed them) - Anything else I can think of I would prefer if you could tell me a bit about your family and your home. He doesn't need a big fancy yard, but would prefer he went to a home with at least a little space for himself. He is an awesome puppy and I will be picky about where he goes.
