Looking to adopt two female baby rats... I was promised two today and have been waiting since 5pm... But sadly I don't think they are coming... This is the second person who's done this... If anyone can find it in their hearts to allow me to adopt two babies I would love it so much. They will be pet only, and spoiled rotten.
