Looking for a terrier

Looking for preferably a cairn terrier or a cairn terrier mix but will consider any terrier breed. Pefer female but will consider male. Hoping for around a year old, give or take, but must be up to date on shots and definitely prefer spayed/neutered. We really do not want a super young puppy. MUST be good with kids and other dogs. Last year we lost my shih tzu mixs "sister" and are looking for a friend for her again. Willing to pay a reasonable rehoming fee. Hoping not to drive to far to pick up or meet but can be discussed.
