I have a apartment that needs remodeling finishing and maintnence. I'm offering to help someone in need, that can help me in return with labor. My terms are simple. No lies, drugs, junkies, or prostitutes. We can discuss and agree what amount of labor will cover 1 month of rent. If you have a full time job Im flexibale, if not week days you work on the agreed work, weekends are yours. If all goes well, we can continue on. The more you can do the merrier, work I need consist of Drywall, Spackling, Framing, Trim, Plumbng, Kitchen Remodeling, etc. Once again I'm looking to help someone that can help me, so this can be a win win situation. Pictures are available upon request. - Requirements A valid Photo I.D., and other information needed to perform a background check will be asked for before we can start. I don't care about a criminal record, but somethings I'm not allowing on my property.
