Need a mechanic for 1984 Pontiac Fiero 2M4

Hello, My kid bought a 1984 Pontiac Fiero 2M4 for his 16th and it needs a little work. The main issue is that the ignition doesn't turn all the way forward to start the car. We replaced the ignition switch, but it's something else that's the problem. We need to fix this so it will pass inspection. We also need to replace the door locks and the fuel gage is stuck on FULL. These are less of a need to do right now but are beyond my experience to do on my own. We are looking for a mechanic with experience with these cars and had the knowledge and tools to fix them. We've done work on it and have had work done on it and are almost there! If you are the person to help, I would love to talk to you and have you come out and see the car. Thanks for looking.
