I'm interested in sheltering aquatic mammals and have seen an otter advertised here as of late. It looks so cute and even does a praying motion! I haven't been able to contact the person who owns the otter to get some more information. I think the otter's name is Lib. Maybe short for Libby? Anyhow I don't think it is nice to call animals idiots but if you don't get back to me I am just hoping the otter finds a loving home.
