Replace laminate flooring in camper/RV

We have a 36 foot camper and need to replace the laminate flooring in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Total square footage is probably 150 or so (7 x 25). Removal of old flooring is peeling up in spots so removal should be relatively easy. I’m guessing someone w any skill could do the entire job in 1/2 day.
