Help... Cat Stuck up 65 to 70 ft in a tree

We are looking for someone to help us out and scale or climb about 70ft up a tree to rescue our cat. the tree has no branches till you get to were the cat is. The cat has been up there for 4 or 5 days now. My wife been on pins and needles especially since you just put down our long time Dog.
