An irrigation technician utilizes plumbing, electrical and troubleshooting skills to maintain install and repair irrigation systems. We are a home service provider in the triangle specializing in maintaining and servicing lawn sprinkler systems, Low voltage landscape lighting and backflow devices. WE are looking for a team member who is dependable, energetic and has a drive to get it done. Located In Southern Wake County close to the 42/50 interchange we provide service throughout Wake county. Description of position: • This is a Full Time Position with company benefits, training and a compensation plan for advancement. • Learn to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain irrigation and low voltage lighting systems while working alongside an experienced service technician. • Contribute to the successful completion of daily work assignments • Participate in our training program designed to build your skillsets at a proficient level to perform level 1 Service technician functions. Deliverables 1. We have a compensation and benefit matrix we can review with you during the interview process to see the opportunity you will have. Compensation $20.00 per hour, Time and a half paid after 40 hours of work per week. Company benefits • Health insurance • Life insurance plan $50,000 • 401K employee contribution • 401 K with 4% company match • 10 paid accrued vacation days between years 1-5 after 5 years of employment we offer 15 paid vacation days • Paid week off at the end of December between the holidays.
