Building roster of touring musicians for active indie rock band

I'm looking to build out a live band for my established solo project. We play indie rock/alternative/punk, are signed to a known indie label, and have plans to play shows and do some small tours in the summer/fall. I currently have a live lineup, but it'd be great to get to know more people in case I need backups/replacements if someone is unavailable. I'm mainly looking for bassists and lead guitarists, but also potentially open to another person who can play both keys/synth and guitar for bigger shows/tours. Looking for people who are responsive, reliable, professional (with pro gear), and can learn to play the songs and have a good ear. Don't respond if you're flakey or don't have availability for rehearsals or shows. I don't have the time or interest to constantly chase people down. Influences: Pixies, King Khan & BBQ Show, Ramones, Best Coast, Thee Oh Sees, Weezer Bonus points if you can do backup vocals and/or if you're a shredder.
