Description
I adopted Captain from the Sacramento SPCA in December of 2021. He is an 8-year-old extremely sweet cuddly cat as you can see in the pictures. Over the last few months, he has opened up and shown just how sweet of a companion he truly is. Unfortunately, because of recent life events, I will be moving in with someone who is unable to live with cats due to being extremely allergic to them. That is why with a heavy heart I must place Captain in a new home with a loving caregiver. Captain is diagnosed with feline immunodeficiency virus or kitty aids and does need a little extra attention when it comes to his health. Mostly he can't be around other cats because he is immunocompromised and there is a risk of sickness. He does also need annual vet check-up visits to ensure he is in good health. But beyond that, he is a retired tomcat looking for a nice home to live out his days snuggling in bed or basking in the sun. I feed Captain a mix of high-quality dry food and wet food which I then mix with water, so he gets a lot of hydration. I do have some of his food stocked up that will be included in his things. The dry food brand is hills adult bend and the wet food is Applaws.
