8 y/o snuggly, playful boy cat free to a good home

I have an 8 year old orange male cat free to a good, kind home. Unfortunately his mom (my grandmother) can't keep him any more, and she wants to see him go somewhere kind and loving. His name is Jasper, he is neutered, potty-trained of course, and is a snuggly and playful little guy. He is roughly 8 pounds (the runt of his litter), has big ears, and a slight over bite. He's pretty cute. He loves playing with bells and plastic ball toys. He is an outdoor cat (despite my grandmother's best efforts, he just kept dashing out). So he would be best suited for a home in a low-traffic neighborhood, maybe a house free of dogs (he's reasonably afraid of them).
