Clear Drain Lines

Hello, I am a property manager and I am looking for someone that knows how to get drain lines clear and has the tools to do so. I manage about 75 units in the area and every week I have something. Need to pull a toilet and clear line...need to remove p-trap from sink and clear line...slop sink by the washing machine isn't draining...tub isn't draining...etc. If this is something that you can do and do at a reasonable price please send me an email.
