We have Porter/Groundskeeper positions available for our apartment communities located in the Inland Empire! Starting ASAP. The porter understands and can work independently to maintain meticulous cleanliness of grounds, common areas, stairwells, hallways, models, offices, and recreation areas. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate an awareness of personal strengths, areas for improvement and act independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge. Ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience as follows: • Trash pick-up daily • Clean trash area daily • Pull weeds weekly • Sweep halls at least once a week • Sweep curbs twice a week • Check hall lights once a week • Water grounds every day in season • Check in and out for lunch, leaving property, etc. • Vacuum/rake leaves as needed • Help clean common areas, apartments when needed • Help with maintenance as needed • Assist and support Maintenance Supervisor as requested Equal Opportunity Employer.
