FOUND GREY/RUSSIAN BLUE LOOKING CAT

This cat has been hanging around here for the last week, he seems lost. Meows a LOT, dear god the meowing. Has a very small patch of maybe 20 white hairs on his back. Eyes are yellow, the blue appearance was from a reflection off my shirt.
