looking for a helper / Handyman

Hi 1st of all My partner and I are looking for a helper to move the office from the downstairs basement bedroom to the upstairs sun room. 3 filing cabinets, 2 desks ; etc. and 2nd of all we are looking for someone with knowledge of carpentry to refinish the bedroom in downstairs apartment, consist of ripping up the old flooring of plywood and carpet 2 X 4's and removing to paneling and put up sheet rock, mud, sand,and paint. We might do the ceiling in sheet rock also, it has ceiling tiles now. we pay an hourly rate, Contractors need not reply, we are on a fixed income and can not afford contractor prices. Thank you Keith
