Book Signing Event Task helpers! May 20th 08:45 AM – Close 4:30-5PM. 1) Balloons Local pickup and manage handing them out! 2) SodaStream mixer & manage drinks at table. 3) Setup and Teardown. Table & 10’x10’ Canopy. 4) Smart phone photos of crowd-(Must use your own cell phone or camera). 5) Raffle manager getting name & email address and prizes. Will need to provide regular email address CL uses Temp email address which disappear to soon. Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
