Petaluma Health Center illegally discriminates in hiring on the basis of RACE (ethnicity, etc). They also only hire women for these positions. Discrimination in hiring on the basis of gender or ethnicity is a violation of state and federal law. ALL their office positions require speaking Spanish. No exceptions. I was never called for an interview even though I have a college degree and lots of public contact and customer service experience. I am also a man (mixed white and NA heritage). So, they have only Latina office workers. Go in there and walk down the main hallway. Look around the cubicles. Every single receptionist, office worker, etc. is Mexican/Mexican-"American." Every one. The only white males are a couple of doctors and some security guards. Don't take my word for it. Go in and look around. They exist to serve illegal aliens. That is the whole point. No one only speaking Spanish (and living here, not a tourist) is legal. Therefore, Petaluma Health Center exists to serve unconvicted felons.
