Need tutor or crash course review on Electronics

I need help with electronics - ie logic gates/truth tables, circuit diagram, series/parallel voltage drops. I prefer meeting up in Milpitas Library. I have some practice questions, but need to know how to figure out calculations on the answer. I took basic AC/DC theory many many years ago. If you think you could help me out, please reply.
