We have about 250 rental apartments, about 20 of which are in the quad cities area. We are looking for help to turnover these properties. Responsibilities may include the following: -Replacing locks -Painting -Cleaning -Drywall repair -Basic plumbing such as fixing leaks and clogs -Basic electrical such as replacing light fixtures -Repairing or replacing windows You do not necessarily have to be able to perform all of the listed tasks. Please answer the following questions if interested: -Which tasks can you perform? -What type of vehicle do you have? -Do you have helpers who work with you when needed? -Where are you located? -What is your desired hourly pay?
