I’m looking to hire a person with a upbeat, hard working personality, who is honest and has integrity. Jobs will be paid as they are completed. I prefer to find one person to do all. But will consider breaking up these tasks between more than one person. If you’re interested you must leave a valid phone and be ok with an actual conversation. *I also ask to see an ID like a drivers license when you begin, so I have your full name because you will be in my home and this provides additional safety. You must clean up after any task and that his included in the amount I’m offering to pay for labor. Most of these tasks will equate around $35+ per hour- cash. $60 roller switch GE washer consult and labor, i’ll provide part $60 dishwasher door lever/locking mechanism consult and labor, i have part $20 slide locking chain replacement, i have part $30 switch out out 2 baths towel rods for new, i have parts $20 switch out toilet paper holder, i have part $70 removing 2 bathroom faucets and replace with 2 new faucets, 1hr time each. i have parts $40 replace duct for dryer vent and vacuum small area w/ my shop vac, i have parts $40 remove/clean off all calk around tub, i have tools and will re-calk around tub $50 deep clean oven/stove top *including inside between the panes of glass on oven door window* i provide cleaning supplies-its not too bad, mostly needs focus on the grime that is between window on door so you must be familiar with how to remove/clean/put back together. I’m also looking for a trustworthy person with a truck/dolly that can help move my belongings to a nearby storage unit. I’m near Wadsworth and Jewel in Lakewood. If you’re interested in placing a bid, it’ll take approximately 7-8 hours to move everything. There is one set of 12 steps and parking is fairly close to door.
