Ruby is likely around 12 years old. She has a lot of energy and love to give. She is talkative and social, likes to play and go outside. She purrs very easily when pet and loves to snuggle in bed at night. Things in my life have changed recently and I no longer have the time and energy to give an animal. I've had Ruby for 8.5 years, so I am open to a temporary foster for the summer, with the possibility of it turning into a permanent rehoming if all goes well. This could be a great way to try out having a cat for someone who may not be ready to fully commit. I don't know how she is with kids, she's not fond of dogs, and is tolerable of other cats after a short period of getting used to them. I can provide food, litter box, dishes, toys, tick/flea meds, yard leash, collar, carrier, and catnip plant. If you think this could be a good fit, please reach out so that we can arrange a meeting.
