Someone please open/operate a good restaurant in Irons/Wellston/Dublin

This whole area has absolutely nothing as far as dining options except crappy bar and gas station food. Dublin General Store has a kitchen to cook all kinds of stuff but is strangely completely lacking in common, popular foods that people would want, like pizza by the slice or whole pizzas, burgers, pretty much anything besides fried chicken and egg rolls which I'm so tired of. Local delivery of good food would get them lots of more business here since nothing else is available. I've lived in this area for several years and seen the restaurant next to Dublin General open and close a few times, always predictably, because idiots are trying to open southern barbecue restaurants in northern Michigan and crap like that, and no delivery, little advertising, making it hard to find out what they even serve, if anything besides barbecue, what their hours are, etc. Last time I drove by that place it seemed shut down. Someone please open it up and serve good, regular food, nothing fancy or expensive, can get that kind of stuff in nearby cities or south on 37 towards Baldwin, no steakhouses or anything like that, just stuff normal people around here will buy, like pizza, burgers, tacos, etc. There is no fast food for like 30 minute drive in any direction. Surely someone can make money with that place or some other around here that isn't fried chicken, egg rolls, bar food or gas station microwave crap. Irons gas station doesn't even bother cooking tornados anymore. Please someone help us not have to cook at home every single night to eat anything good! Thank you. :)
