Run a piece of metal cap on both ends of the building Services Seal all screws and seams with SEAM SEAL SF4200 Services Coat entire roof with GACO S4200. Services Replace all of the coping caps around the building with new 26GA metal caps. Services Inside wall panels will not be disturbed. Services Outside vinyl roof will be removed and replaced with 26GA metal panels. Services 12x25 (Estimated measurements) front two walls on the second story. remove vinyl and replace with Hardie board. Services Remove railing from balcony. Services Remove metal deck inside of balcony and install slope using 2x4. Install plywood. Cover using modified roll roofing. Services Reinstall 1 design under soffit and replace damaged soffits. Services Small roofing area above 12x25 wall (Estimated measurements) remove metal roof and install modified roll roofing.
