4 month old Water turtle , in need of home

I bought this little guy, in march. We had two of them together and was told, the tank which came with the turtles was safe for them. But his eyes are still closed and he’s still active but his tank buddy unfortunately passed away. But the other guy seemed sick and more sluggish at purchase. I got both of them in Melbourne Florida. But have moved to Ocala since. If anybody can give this guy a better living situation and tank, please message me. Only asking a small rehoming fee, so he doesn’t go to a poor home. The tank has a couple decorations and floating wood, I don’t have enough food to even send over. My cat knocked it over. So he’ll need food. He eats every few days.
