Young foster pup needs a home

I am currently fostering a young male pup. He learns quickly and is housebroken. He also does very well in a kennel (I kennel when I leave and when I go to sleep). He loves to play, cuddle, and has been a good running buddy when I take him on jogs. He knows commands "shake", "sit", "lay down", "no", and he almost has "wait" down. He has a lot of energy and would probably do best in an active home. He does pull quite a bit on a leash when using a harness, but using a gentle leader he has not pulled at all. He gets very excited about small animals on walks (birds, squirrels, cats); he would probably need A LOT of supervision in a home with cats. Free to a good home.
