We are seeking someone to refinish our wood floors which would include the following: -Sanding Down the Floors using Floor Sanders -Coating the Floors w. Water Based Polyurethane (5-10 Coats) We did this 5x years ago when we moved into the space. The SF of the studio is 4,200 and the coverage of the wood flooring is approx 3,000 square feet.
