Description
Summer job: I am seeking a maintenance worker / handyman for 10 weeks during this summer.
Work includes, but isn't limited to: painting, cleaning, yard work, small repairs (such as changing smoke alarms, door handles, etc.), and other misc. repair projects. Experience of 2+ years preferred.
This position is based out of my office on Lebanon Street in Melrose, but will travel to different rental apartments we manage to make repairs (travel may include Melrose, Malden, Amesbury, Lowell, and Brighton).
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO EACH JOB SITE (we will reimburse you for mileage at $0.55 per mile).
Tools and materials are provided. Must be 18+ years old. This is a W2 position paying $20/hr.
